Today, tasting Grappa di Barbera, one seems to breathe the scents of a Monferrato wood, among wild dog rose flowers and the scent of ripe black cherries.

The liaison is intense and brings back the characteristics of two tenacious red vines that express the essence of the hills of the Alto Monferrato on which the aromas of their lands grow and concentrate.

Distilled in Trieste since 1884 from the pomace of a range of grape varieties, Grappa Julia is a favourite the world over.

To fully appreciate the extraordinary aromatic quality of this type of product, we reommend tasting it on its own. It may be used sparingly to lace coffee.
