Casoni Limoncello is made using a minimum of 350g or Sorrento lemon peels per litre for an intensely citrussy liqueur. Served super chilled, it makes a refreshing after dinner digestif, and will add a burst of Amalfi sunshine to your cocktails.

Strega is bottled at 80 proof (40% ABV), which is an alcohol content comparable to most hard liquors, but it has a sweetness and viscosity typical of liqueurs. Among its approximately 70 herbal ingredients are mint and fennel, giving it a complex flavor with minty and coniferous notes. Strega is considered a digestif.

A collaboration between Italian producer Casoni and bartender Marion Beke of the Gibson bar in London, Figs and Cherries is a savoury liqueur with a subtle sweetness. Made with locally sourced figs and cherries, as well as balsamic vinegar of Modena, it is inspired by the Italian region of Emilia-Romagna.

Intense ruby red with burgundy nuances. Ripe, aromatic aromas - Oriental spice with nutmeg and pepper, followed by dry hay and leather. Cherry and with delicate mint and eucalyptus notes float through. The palate is full and rich, presenting well balanced acidity, soft, full-bodied with dry final taste that lingers and persists.

Bright straw-yellow in color, with a persistent mousse and fine, lingering bubbles. The nose is medium-intensity with notes of green fruit such as apple, enhancing the aromas derived from aging without losing varietal character. On the palate, there is a noticeable tension and salinity, accentuated by its fine perlage.
