A sparkling red wine optimal for all occasions. Its pleasantness to the palate is enhanced by its intriguing acidity typical of Raboso grape.

An artisinal mezcal from Ojo de Dios (which translates at Gods eye ), produced from Espadin agave. This here is a Joven bottling, so after the agave is roasted for around 10 days and double distilled, it s bottled up without any ageing, packed full of fresh fruit, grassy agave and fragrant smoke.

Casoni Limoncello is made using a minimum of 350g or Sorrento lemon peels per litre for an intensely citrussy liqueur. Served super chilled, it makes a refreshing after dinner digestif, and will add a burst of Amalfi sunshine to your cocktails.

A pale silvery pink colour from the gently pressed, dusky-skinned Grenache Gris. Fresh, vibrant green apple and citrus fruit aromas with lightly yeasty notes. Bright and refreshing with pink grapefruit flavours and a lime juice tang on the crisp, clean finish. A light lees remains after disgorging.
