The nose has gentle, complex aromas of lemongrass and grapefruit with notes of hay and fennel. The palate has a concentrated, textural mouthfeel with lanolin and preserved lemons. Pithy, affermatively tart with bright acidity on the refreshingly taut, appetising finish.
