Lemon zest and coal smoke with warming barley just turned on the malting floor. Limestone, sugar snaps and coating of dark peat. Honeysuckle weaved with liquorice sweetness. Fresh flavours of rock salt and black pepper linger as the smoke slowly fades.
Powerful peat-smoke with sea-water saltiness, the liquor of fresh oysters, a citrus sweetness. Full texture with a rich dried-fruit sweetness with clouds of smoke and strong barley-malt flavours, warming and intense. At the back of the mouth is an explosion of pepper. Huge, long, warming peppery finish with an appetising sweetness.
