Sebor Absinthe

Easy on the aniseed, heavy on the wormwood; dry and very bitter. This absinthe has a touch of fennel at first, which dissipates quickly. Dried lime peel and toasted corriander on the finish, with the bitterness of the wormwood lingering on the tongue for quite some time.
