On the palate, this dram is a spicy bomb in the foreground, drying slowly the palate. It highlights black pepper, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Then it evolves to the sweeter side, full of vanilla and raisins. It is lighter than expected, with orange sponge cake and baked apple notes. There are intense drying oak flavors, and light almond notes. The finish is long and dry, highlighting nutmeg and a fresh touch of ginger.

It's a smooth, sherry-forward, easy drinker of elegance and style. It won't overpower your palate, it's sweet and not too spicy, full bodied and rich- everything you look for in a special occasion whisky to be shared with friends and colleagues. Smelling this whisky is incredible! Citrus fruit and fudge come to the forefront with a delicate malt in the undertones. The palate is smooth, seriously smooth. Fudge and citrus balance well with malt that rolls around the mouth like syrup. A slightly spicy finish with layered honey and a touch of vanilla.

Plenty of nutmeg and cloves, with a touches of raisins, cocoa powder and dates, but also plenty of charred oak. Finally some marzipan and cinnamon.

Mad March Hare Irish Poitin is a traditional, small-batch Irish spirit made using malted barley, sugar beet, and spring water. It s distilled three times and bottled at 40% ABV. It has a unique flavor with notes of toasted grains, herbs, and citrus, and is often compared to moonshine.

This fantastic single-varietal mezcal from Madre, has been made exclusively with Espadin agave, creating an expression full of earthy and aromatic notes, as well as soft smoke and sweetness throughout the refined palate.

Has a very toasty aroma, with sweet spices and deep, thick caramel. Palate Creamy and very soft. Then it opens up, in fact it explodes with spiciness which concentrates on the tip of the tongue. Its on nutmeg, mulled wine spices, allspice, cinnamon.

There are lovely notes of spiced honey and mixed peels, a little malmsey, hazelnut and a touch of cut fruit with toasty oak providing a backbone. Palate Rich and full. There are notes of rye and spice, barley malt, a little nut oil with butterscotch and vanilla. Finish Quite sweet with butterscotch and dry oak spice.

Malfy Originale has a very classic style nose. Spice notes are slightly loud with a lot of piney, green and herbaceous juniper right beside it. The only critique might be that the nose has a touch of alcohol, with an ethanol-forward nose. The slightest tinge of lemon on the tip of the tongue when sipped.
