An artisinal mezcal from Ojo de Dios (which translates at Gods eye ), produced from Espadin agave. This here is a Joven bottling, so after the agave is roasted for around 10 days and double distilled, it s bottled up without any ageing, packed full of fresh fruit, grassy agave and fragrant smoke.
Notes of cooked agave, grapefruit, orange, vanilla and fresh wood help make this full-bodied tequila. Try it with grapefruit juice and dry sparkling wine, garnished with a grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig.
