Peaches from Provence are truly wonderful! Selected peaches are juiced and made ready. This juice has been combined with a neutral spirit, cane sugar and water to create an aperitif that can only be described as liquid sunshine. Its soft colour is obtained thanks to a fine filtration, perfectly mastered.

On the nose this Whisky is spicy and peppery, but theres a richness behind it, with spicy oak and soft orange fruitiness, and soft vanilla notes from the bourbon cask. Grainy sweetness and candied orange peel, quite rich, accompanied by rich cinnamon and clove. Great balance, this really needs a little water to allow the flavours to unfurl.

An artisinal mezcal from Ojo de Dios (which translates at Gods eye ), produced from Espadin agave. This here is a Joven bottling, so after the agave is roasted for around 10 days and double distilled, it s bottled up without any ageing, packed full of fresh fruit, grassy agave and fragrant smoke.

Notes of cooked agave, grapefruit, orange, vanilla and fresh wood help make this full-bodied tequila. Try it with grapefruit juice and dry sparkling wine, garnished with a grapefruit slice and rosemary sprig.

Olmeca Reposado has sweet citrus notes of candied orange with complementary tones of cooked agave and a lingering vanilla oak on the finish. Perfect in the classic Paloma. Olmeca Reposado is aged for around 5 months in oak casks before bottling.

The tastes on the palate are shared between the fruity orange flavor and a more vegetal zest note. The balance between the sugar content and acidity make Orange Colombo a very refreshing aperitif. Its taste lingering on the orange zest is strengthened by the bitterness in the final note.

Crystal clear until you add water when it turns milky-white, Ouzo has the distinct fresh flavour of fennel, liquorice on the nose and subtle spices underneath. On tasting the strength of liquorice is released and the fresh fennel notes come through strongly with a welcome hint of sugar at the end.
