This non-alcoholic amaro contains a blend of fruits, bitter herbs and spices. It is a deep orange in colour and displays aromas of rosemary, orange zest and chamomile tea on the nose, leading to notes of caramel, liquorice root and aniseed.

Cocchi Americano is characterised by its pale golden colour and complex flavour profile. It offers a delightful combination of sweet, bitter, and herbal notes, making it a refreshing and sophisticated aperitif.

Based on white wine from Piedmont, fortified and aromatised with a secret recipe. Smells of stone fruit and pear blend with orange marmalade and fig. To taste it is quite grippy with spiced tart citrus fruit followed by a lingering bitterness. Perfect with soda or in a fabulous cocktail.

Nose: Slightly pungent, followed by dried chili notes, spices, cinnamon, cacao, tamarind, and wet wood with light herbal notes adding to the complexity. Finish: Pleasantly sweet, followed by chili with moderate heat and slight acidity.

A blend of rums matured in small casks and married in oak casks, this is a smooth, sweet rum with notes of toffee apples, caramelised pineapple and sticky ginger cake.

Light and good notes of pineapple, toffee, hint of oak and a blast of alcohol. On the palate it is mild with light tropical fruit balanced with a sticky vanilla, there is a slight astringency. To finish the forward fruit disappears leaving an oak and charcoal residue.

Dried fruit too, combining with nuts, nutmeg, cinnamon, back into the bourbon notes - so well integrated. Spicy, slightly drying, still sweet.

This amber gold whisky has been matured in a mix of sherry, American virgin oak, ex-bourbon casks and has an aroma of vanilla and toffee, candied citrus fruits, and dried fruit, all balanced with a gentle hint of clove.
