Distilled from 100% Blue Weber agave, Corazón's Reposado expression is aged in Canadian oak barrels for around six to eight months before being bottled in hand-blown glass bottles. And rather lovely bottles they are too, wooden stopper and all.

The super-fruity aroma suggests peaches and pears. On the palate, it s more lean and green, with jalapeno pepper and black pepper smoothed with agave. The fruitiness just peeks out on the finish.

A fruity, delicate taste with a bouquet suffused with ripe fruit and spring flowers. The aroma is rich, fresh and oaky balanced with the vigour of a young cognac. The finish is short but very intense and as powerful as the aroma.

Develops touches of brown sugar, waxy apple peels, sweet pea, and a fragrant oakiness. Finish Ooh, a nice waft of almost-smoky cinnamon on the finish. Slowly becomes sweeter with fresh pear and gummy bears.

Cut Overproof Rum is a spiced rum with a real kick. Bottled at 75.5% ABV, this is a jacked up version of Cut Rums standard spiced rum. Its surprisingly smooth when drank neat, a quick initial mouth burn is soon followed by warming notes of vanilla, caramel and cardamon.

Powerfully smoky rum from the Cut Rum range. Made with a base of Jamaican rum and smoked using oak chips, this will stand out in cocktails and might make for an intriguing alternative postprandial tipples for people with a penchant for peaty whisky.

Deep ruddy brown colour with a soft medicinal and herbaceous character balanced by bittersweet chocolate and organge zest on the gently warming finish. This is an excellent digestive on ice but also can be used in many cocktails including a variation on the iconic Negroni.

Clean and fresh, with heather honey, pears, a touch of toffee and a soft floral note. Bright and fruity, but also rich, with notes of steamed syrup pudding and sponge cake, with a little cinnamon and nutmeg. Just enough spice to match the fruit. Lovely balance.

Del Maguey Vida Puebla is an excellent and accessible special edition single village mezcal, crafted through artisanal methods in a state-of-the-art palenque in Axocopan, Pueblo, Mexico. You'll find bountiful flavours of roast agave, citrus, white peach, and candied pine.

a nose of fruity aromatics, a hint of honey, vanilla and roast agave; the palate offers ginger, cinnamon, burnt sandalwood, banana and tangerine, with a long, soft finish.

A heady note of juicy fruit and thick, creamy malt. Rather floral, and quite sweet with notes of toasted barley, almond and a tinge of honey. The palate is perfectly poised with notes of barley malt, hot buttered toast, a little honey, and some aniseed spiciness. A touch of smoke on the tail, alongside plenty of thick malt and sweetness.

Spicy, medium-to-heavy mouth feel, buttery, fruity and spicy all at the same time, slight touch of sulfur and tobacco notes lets you know it is a molasses rather than a cane rum. Nutty, spicy, finish is long, but subtle. Slightly dry nutty finish with sweetness rather than a nasty sweet cloying that some rums have.
