Gently citrussy and herbal aromas lead to a densely fruity, peachy palate with great texture and a clean, lifted finish.

Thin-skinned Cortese, the white grape that makes Piedmonts Gavi, releases aromas of acacia and white peach, flicks the nose with wild herb, then settles on the tongue in a swirl of apple, lemon and melon.

stellar, offering up great precision and vibrancy in the bouquet of green apple, lime, fresh-cut grass, very complex, flinty minerality, orange peel and a gentle suggestion of botanicals in the upper register. On the palate the wine is deep, pure and full-bodied, with great focus and cut, bright, zesty acids, superb soil signature and a long, complex and utterly refined and balanced finish.

Beautiful pale salmon colour with an appealing herbal nose and some delicate, subtle sweet peach and red fruits. This is followed by flavours of warm southern herbs, white pepper spice and soft raspberries. Complex, interesting and a wine to sip slowly by itself or over a long lunch.

Intense ruby red colour, with a pleasant violet and blackberry bouquet. In the mouth, it is full-bodied and harmonious with soft aroma. Excellent accompaniment to red and braised meat, game, and mature cheese.

A floral, buttery Blanc de Blancs Champagne from Lallier that is made exclusively with Chardonnay grapes from Ay, France. Aromas of hawthorn, acacia, freshly-baked brioche, butter, hazelnut and praline fill the nose, complemented by notes of lemon, yuzu, subtle minerals and ripe peaches throughout the palate.

With great complexity and finesse, this has an energising, citrusy palate and delivers an equal measure of ripe, toasty fruit followed by a tasty, elegant finish.

A Lallier Vintage (Millesime) is not declared every year and this is a Champagne of exhilarating freshness with toasty and brioche flavours, made from slightly more Pinot Noir than Chardonnay. Straw yellow with fine delightful bubbles. Green apples with a twist of lime on the nose, it follows through to a developed and flavoursome finish.

Matured in bottle on its lees for 48 months, it captures clean fresh red fruit on the nose, followed by lively fresh fruit flavours of wild strawberry and raspberry on the palate with an appealing softness.

Delicate and vibrant cherry pink in colour, with a fresh, bright and floral nose of strawberry, redcurrant and violet. Appealing sour cherry and bramble fruit characters are balanced by juicy acidity, leading to a clean, dry, delicate finish.

Dark ruby red in colour with intense aromas of plum and ripe black cherry. The palate is fresh and vibrant with pure crushed black fruits balanced by fresh acidity and a touch of sweetness. The finish is clean and dry with a nip of tannin.

With over 260 years of winemaking history, Lanson is one of the oldest Champagne houses. Queen Victoria gave the wines her seal of approval in 1900, issuing the house with a Royal Warrant. Le Blanc de Blancs has all the characteristics of a great Chardonnay. The delicacy and finesse are enhanced by a very pure, mineral finish and by the freshness that is the hallmark of the Lanson style. As a gastronomic champagne, its ample texture and persistent finish will pair perfectly with fresh, minerally dishes.

Gold, fine and persistent bubbles. On the nose notes of blackcurrant, pear and peach, a hint of citrus and minerality. On the palate, flavours of ripe pear, mirabelle plum, exotic fruits and spice. Long and mineral finish.

A rose champagne with a beautiful pure colour with pale salmon touches. On the nose aromas of roses and fruit predominate, with discrete notes of red fruit. On the palate the initial impression is tender; well-rounded and fresh, this wine has harmonious balance and good length on the finish.

A voluptuous and chiselled palate. The tenderness of biscuit pastries and hazelnut notes deliciously blanket our palate. The finish is bright and extensive, evolving through aromas of apricot and candied orange.

A blend of Garnacha, Syrah and Monastrell, Las Falleras Tinto is bursting with red-berried fruit and blackberry, with a touch of spice. Full bodied and deep, it is great on its own but delicious with red meat, spicy dishes or goats cheese.

Made from 100% Bobal, Las Falleras Rosé is bursting with ripe red-berried fruit. Fresh and vibrant, it is great on its own or with rice dishes, pasta, fish and south east Asian food.

A blend of Viura (80%) and Sauvignon Blanc (20%), Las Falleras Blanco is bursting with ripe tropical and citrus fruit. Zingy and aromatic, it is great on its own or with fish, seafood, risotto or white meat.

It opens with top notes of dried fruit, almonds and hazelnuts, with grilled or toasted aromas. The wine is rounded and generous on the palate with lovely warmth and roundness. It will age gracefully in bottle developing notes of honey and pine sap.

A perfumed nose with hints of citrus and white fruits. Fresh and easy on the palate, with a creamy mousse and notes of honeysuckle, ripe peach, citrus and a slight toasty note on the finish.

The nose is fragrant with fresh strawberries, raspberries and wild cherries. The palate is fresh and crisp, opening up a melange of red fruit flavours that linger on the finish.

Subtle, forthright and very fresh on the nose, Laurent-Perrier Rose suggests a basketful of small berry fruits: strawberries, raspberries, blackcurrants, blackberries, redcurrants, and black cherries.

Salmon pink in appearance, the wine has very fruity aromas with dominant nuances of peach and citrus fruit. Refreshing and pleasing flavours. Hints of grapefruit and white peach. Well-balanced acidity.
