Powerful ripe red fruit mixed with prunes and and more sweet vanilla from the oak, with liquorice and dark chocolate on the finish. The wine has a lovely rich palate weight, with balanced grainy tannins carried by some welcome acidity. This is a wine that will age for a decade or more.

Very rich, with deep cassis and black currant fruit, this wine is a full bodied yet wonderfully elegant Cabernet. The palate displays great purity of fruit with gentle spice from the French oak which helps frame the wine rather than overpower it. The finish is long and fresh with great acidity and balance.
