The nose seduces with intense dried fruit aromas of raisins, prunes and dates, coupled with brown spices of nutmeg and clove, this becomes reminiscent of Christmas cake. Unctuous sweetness marries well with the intense and complex flavours freshened by a slice of acidity

A variety noted for its neutrality, this could not be further from the case here, with old vine Palomino sourced from top pagos and careful, precise winemaking, creating a world class white wine. The nose has ripe lemon peel, golden apples and hints of grilled nuts and honey. The palate is dry, savoury, intense and shows an incredibly long finish.

Ripe stone fruit aromas with hints of barley sugar and a lightly herbal note. Peach and lemon characters on the palate, gently honeyed, and finishing with fresh citrus acidity.

A rounded, fuller style of Chablis with aromas of buttered toast in addition to classic mineral tones, with toasty oak, fresh lemon and a slight creaminess on the palate. The finish is long and mineral with a hint of umami and salinity. Very pleasing.

Chapel Down Brut is a classic blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Blanc and has notes of apple, citrus and strawberry with fine persistent bubbles.

An elegant unoaked Chardonnay with aromas of white peach, lemon and apple. The palate is fresh and light with citrus and pear flavourings leading to the long, pure finish.

An exceptional vintage sparkling wine, Chapel Down Grand Reserve 2019 is a blend of the three great sparkling wine grapes, Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The wine is made from the best fraction of juice and is aged for up to five years in bottle before release. Complex aromas of ripe apples, red berries and toasted brioche are complimented by a rich palate and generous finish.

Chapel Down English Rose is a crisp and fresh rosé wine with notes of raspberries, strawberries, and cream.

Aromas of pineapple, grapefruit and elderflower. The crisp effervescence carries the tropical fruit and floral flavours giving a balanced and refreshing finish.

Fragrant and elegant nose with fresh ripe pear and peach aromas. Citrus fruit and ripe stone fruit are in abundance on the palate, rounded and textural, with a mineral intensity and crisp zesty finish.

Ripe cassis fruit, oak spice and a leafy note to the ripe tannins. Gently feral and showing a hint of maturity, the sous bois-flavoured finish is long and spicy with a lingering, fruity core.

This light and fruity wine has soft tannins and attractive black-currant fruits. The freshness hints at smokiness.

A classic, pale rose-gold rose. A very pretty herbal, red fruits and white peppery nose followed by a fresh, moreish acidity on the palate. A well balanced, Provence rose.

Rich, plush black fruits and a hint of herbal mintiness on the nose. More dark fruit and herbs on the ripe, full-bodied palate with grippy yet well-integrated tannins on the finish.

The nose offers inviting autumnal aromas with ripe bramble fruits and cedar smokiness. Lots of generous, savoury fruit and supple tannins on the palate with a lovely lift on the finish. This is drinking well now with a potential to age.

Classic Saint-Julien, that shows power and richness with a sense of finesse and restraint too. The nose shows rich fruit with some lifted eucalyptus notes from the Cabernet Sauvignon. The palate brings intense cassis, with fine grained tannins and a maturity that feels traditional and proper. A very classy left bank Bordeaux.

Ripe and very appealing with lovely velvety structure and concentrated fruit, notes of damsons, bramble and blackberry. Full bodied with good concentration and depth which carries through to the long finish. A classic and delicious Saint-Emilion - well made and elegant.

Intense cherry fruit, blackcurrant and lots of spicy oak. Characterful and complex with a moreish balance of attractive chalky tannins and acidity.

Bright and attractive, pronounced dense fruit redolent of blackberries, and cassis, with well-integrated oak adding a mocha note to the finish. Allow it to enjoy some extra time in bottle to get the best out of this stylish wine.
