Cristal is a remarkably balanced and refined champagne whose length is inimitable. It has a silky texture and fruity aromas, complemented by a powerful mineral quality with white fruit and citrus notes.

Aromas of ripe black cherry, damson and toasty spice. A rich palate with plum and sour cherry fruit, juicy acidity, and notes of dark chocolate on the finish.

Assuli dry Zibibbo is fresh and smooth, with notes of peach and Sicilian citrus fruit characterized by a pleasant balance between salinity and minerality. Straw yellow in colour with greenish reflections. It has intense and persistent aromas of peach and Sicilian citrus.

A blend of vintages from 20 Crus, the Brut Classic from this prestigious Champagne house promises superb richness and finesse. Pinot dominated, it has expressive fruit married with the toasty nut and brioche notes of long lees ageing. Very fine.

An exciting sweet red wine from the fragrant Muscateddu grape (related to the red Sciacarello of Corsica), this ruby-coloured, unoaked and unfortified wine brims with aromas of strawberry jam and allspice. The palate is fresh and equally aromatic; resinous, woody flavours mix with cherries and bittersweet orange peel.

A Viognier of intense power, character and zest; soft apricots, honeydew melon with notes of chamomile tea are followed by a rich palate and long perfumed finish.
