Gardner Street Classic has the classic floral, elderflower note we have come to know of contemporary Bacchus married with a touch of stone fruit from the Chardonnay. On the palate theres an abundance of red apple fruit, a touch of wild fennel with the barrel fermented Chardonnay giving mid palate weight and structure to a wine that ultimately finishes with a brisk, present acidity.

Notes of lychee, rose petal and honey on the nose are followed by a rich, oily mouthfeel leading to a long, spicy finish - superb with soft ripe cheese.

The faintest touch of smoke and the slightest lick of vanilla mingle with strawberry compote on the nose. The palate is a little smoky, too, but reveals crisp, fresh red fruit. At six years of age this wine is now hitting its stride, still with a little crunch of tannins and enviable freshness. It is ripe but elegant. The finish suggests autumnal leaves and real Pinot earthiness

Delicate aromas of citrus fruit and white flower. The palate is crisp and textural with a creamy mouthfeel and good concentration of citrus and stone fruit characters. Good length and lively acidity on the finish with minerality and depth.

A richly-flavoured, spicy red with aromas of plum and black cherry. The ripe palate combines generous bramble fruit flavours with savoury, lightly smoky characters, a hint of bitter chocolate and nip of tannin on the finish.

Ripe yellow apple and baking spices with a lick of citrus. The palate has flavours reminiscent of french apple tart with more baked apple, sweet pastry and the gentle mousse lending a creamy texture.

This limited-production Gran Reserva is only made from exceptional vintages. It has its origins in the Vinya La Scala vineyard, a small eight-hectare parcel planted in 1963. Considered the first Spanish wine made primarily from the Cabernet Sauvignon variety, Vinya La Scala was selected as the official wine for Ronald Reagan’s inauguration at the White House in 1981.

Aromas of fresh peach and kiwi with hints of jasmine and white pepper. The palate has ripe and juicy stone fruit and honeydew melon characters, refreshing acidity and a gently spicy finish.

Intense aromas of ripe black fruits. The palate is complex and concentrated with notes of figs, dates, dried apricots, alongside mineral and earthy notes. The natural sugars give a round and opulent mouthfeel, with lingering honey characters on the finish.

Full bodied with ripe fruit and supple tannins, but the palate is left with an overall sense of freshness thanks to the crucial bright acidity. Pale green in colour with a fresh grapefruit nose. Notes of grapefruit, pear and lime. which follow through on the palate. Dry and beautifully crisp with an elegant minerality which keeps the wine in balance. With a refreshing bitter edge on the finish.

Heady aromas of jaffa and orange blossom over deeper concentrated blackcurrant, cola, anise and blackberry. Lifted hints of juniper and crushed herb build as the wine breathes. Black-fruits dominate the palate with lashings of inky dense, muscular blackcurrant and black-cherry, over a liquorice-like sweetness balancing rich dark chocolate dryness and a black-olivine savouriness. This foundation is firmly bonded and taut, lasting, with all parts contributing an iron-clad assertion. Exotic expression with luxuriant waves of fine oak delivering fume` spices and subtle roast-coffee-like extract.

Kits Coty Blanc de Blancs is made using only the finest Chardonnay grapes from our Kits Coty vineyard, where the chalk soil and cool maritime is perfect for sparkling wine. The fruit is handpicked and pressed before extended ageing in bottle. This exceptional wine is elegant and well balanced with notes of fresh apple and buttery pastry.

A rich and opulent white wine with complex aromas of ripe apple and apricot. The palate is crisp, elegant with notes of buttery hints followed by a long, rich and satisifying finish.

Enticingly peach-perfumed on the nose, this delicious wine delivers intense, layered flavours of orchard fruits, a touch of pineapple, white flowers and a lick of salinity, followed by a long finish.

This luscious and textural blend is very much a food wine; rich currant flavours provided by Grenache and tangy raspberry from Cinsault before a dry and fresh finish.
