This aged moonshine is a delightful blend of caramel and vanilla on the nose. Accompanied by a gentle earthy woodiness up front followed by light caramelized sweetness. As it unfolds, the oak undertones become more pronounced, leaving a lingering spiciness reminiscent of winter cloves and a touch of salted caramel.

It's a bold explosion of corny goodness, but with a twist. Its flavour profile is a cross between pisco, grappa and a white agricole rum. It therefore makes excellent white rum based cocktails and is a light, clean expressive spirit.

This is a fabulous Gigondas, very powerful with ripe, weighty tannins, the whole aged in large oak foudres for that added patina. Open well in advance and preferably decant.

Sourdough aromas combine with crunchy green apple fruit to provide a wonderfully welcoming nose. The palate is fine with a lively and persistent mousse. Green apple and pear fruit characters mix with a toasted brioche leesy flavour helping to provide a complex and moreish palate. Henners Rose NV is made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, using the saignee method to draw colour from the grapes at the pressing stage. This sparkling rose delivers classic English red berry fruit flavours including raspberries, redcurrants and rhubarb. With great complexity and finesse, this has an energising, citrusy palate and delivers an equal measure of ripe, toasty fruit followed by a tasty, elegant finish.

Matured in bottle on its lees for 48 months, it captures clean fresh red fruit on the nose, followed by lively fresh fruit flavours of wild strawberry and raspberry on the palate with an appealing softness.
