Two ingredients combine to make this wonderfully characterful vodka. Winter wheat grown in the fields adjacent to the distillery and chalk filtered water, which when distilled make one of the smoothest and most elegant of single estate spirits.

An extra Anejo tequila from the San Matias, aged for at least 36 months in American and French oak casks. Very much suited to enjoying neat and savouring the flavours which arise from this rather uncommon maturation for a tequila.

This wine has aromas of red cherries, blackberries and violets. On the palate, there are notes of liquorice, coffee and hints of fresh rosemary.

Dark cherry, chocolate raisins and a slight floral perfume on the nose. Very dark chocolate and savoury oak on the palate. Densely structured and full bodied right through the finish.

Peach boiled sweets predominate, jammy, sweet and concentrated with almond and orange zest which amplifies towards the finish.

Spearmint and menthol lead on the nose, with an herbal bouquet including thyme and sage as well as white pepper. Candied orange peels, bitter, and menthol along with cola and sassafras on the palate.

A heady note of juicy fruit and thick, creamy malt. Rather floral, and quite sweet with notes of toasted barley, almond and a tinge of honey. The palate is perfectly poised with notes of barley malt, hot buttered toast, a little honey, and some aniseed spiciness. A touch of smoke on the tail, alongside plenty of thick malt and sweetness.

A blend of aged rums from 5 different distilleries, 5 Island is a complex rum that has a fruity aroma, spicy taste and a peppery finish. Ideal for a Daiquiri.

Flavor: Bombay Bramble is tart and rather dry, with clear gin character. Early, cranberry. Mid-palate, juniper, tart raspberry jam, coriander and a hint of lemon zest. Finish: Dry and un-sweet raspberry preserves with a hint of spice.

Clean juniper aromas, with blossom, hints of soft pine needle, zest and dry herbs. A herbal, zesty, almost effervescent palate with notes of juniper and grapefruit peel, as well as aniseed. Star anise and soft juniper on the tail.

Palate: Up front, it s lightly sweet with an agave woodiness. Mid-palate, it is light-to-medium-bodied and bright. The agave comes forward along with orange and lemon notes. At the back of the palate, the bright citrus notes continue, with a follow-up of artichoke, grass, and a bite of oak.
