Toffee and vanilla fudge jump out before we dive into a bucket of singed raisins and smouldering peat bricks. Green grass and leafy notes poke out around the edges along with candied lemons and flamed orange peel. A sweet creamy hit up front leads into lemon boiled sweets. black-pepper spice and a thick layer of peaty smoke. The green edges from the nose are back, with richer notes of stewed apples and sultanas, and a touch of vanilla toffee. Menthol throat sweets and sweet smoke slowly fade to leave grilled apples and buttery pastry.
A smooth and rich vodka crafted from the finest Winter wheat grown on the Ramsbury Estate. Each and every bottle can be traced back to the very field in which the wheat originated. Two ingredients combine to make this wonderfully characterful vodka. Winter wheat grown in the fields adjacent to the distillery and chalk filtered water, which when distilled make one of the smoothest and most elegant of single estate spirits.
An extra Anejo tequila from the San Matias, aged for at least 36 months in American and French oak casks. Very much suited to enjoying neat and savouring the flavours which arise from this rather uncommon maturation for a tequila.
On the nose a creamy toffee, caramel and vanilla - offset by a distinct pepperiness. Very slight peat smoke. On the palate, fruity with pear drops and luscious apricot. Creamy vanilla yoghurt and a very gentle smattering of peat.
Intense wine, dark fruit on the nose with evident notes of black currant and blueberry. The palate is energetic and refined at the same time, complex and persistent.

A heady note of juicy fruit and thick, creamy malt. Rather floral, and quite sweet with notes of toasted barley, almond and a tinge of honey. The palate is perfectly poised with notes of barley malt, hot buttered toast, a little honey, and some aniseed spiciness. A touch of smoke on the tail, alongside plenty of thick malt and sweetness.

Flavor: Bombay Bramble is tart and rather dry, with clear gin character. Early, cranberry. Mid-palate, juniper, tart raspberry jam, coriander and a hint of lemon zest. Finish: Dry and un-sweet raspberry preserves with a hint of spice.
Clean juniper aromas, with blossom, hints of soft pine needle, zest and dry herbs. A herbal, zesty, almost effervescent palate with notes of juniper and grapefruit peel, as well as aniseed. Star anise and soft juniper on the tail.
Palate: Up front, it s lightly sweet with an agave woodiness. Mid-palate, it is light-to-medium-bodied and bright. The agave comes forward along with orange and lemon notes. At the back of the palate, the bright citrus notes continue, with a follow-up of artichoke, grass, and a bite of oak.
