Bright aromas of bay leaf, citrus zest, over a chalky minerality. On the palate the chalky seam follows with elegant citrus notes, lime leaf and finishes with tangy joy.

Dark purple colour wine. Nose is rich and very honest to the variety, showing blackcurrant, sweet spices and tobacco. Soft touches of spicy anise and paprika add complexity. The medium bodied palate is generous with a supple texture and sweet tannins that are smooth and concentrated, allowing a wine with persistency and great length.

A very delicate pale rosé colour. The wine has fresh fruit aromas of strawberries and raspberries with citrus hints. A crisp, well-balanced wine, the perfect rosé to drink in the sunshine and delicious with char-grilled fish or tuna empanadas.

Notes of apple on the nose, full-bodied and complex on the palate, good earthy notes, juicy and fruity finish.
